Candidates should have 2+ years of success in new business, full sales cycle SaaS sales, and experience managing complex sales cycles in the DACH market. Strong qualification, discovery and closing skills, especially in HR tech use cases, are required, along with proven ability to build and execute territory and account plans and strong collaboration with SDRs. Formal training in methodologies like MEDDIC is a plus. Fluency in German (C2 or above) and English is essential.
The Account Executive will drive new revenue by prospecting and closing deals with SMB Startups and Scale-ups up to 250 FTE in the DACH region, manage their territory, collaborate with SDRs, Legal, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Partnerships, and lead the sales process by navigating complex buying groups and developing business cases. They will also up-level the team by sharing knowledge and coaching peers.
